About Matt Atwood

Rooted in legacy.
Always looking forward.

Business owner. Real estate leader. Husband. Dad. A believer that meaningful growth should make life better for the people doing the work.

The perspective I bring

I care about what you’re building.
And what it asks of you.

My work has taught me that business is never only about the business. It is about the people, the decisions, and the responsibility that comes with both.

As a sixth-generation owner of CENTURY 21 Atwood, I’ve helped lead a family brokerage’s growth from a single office to a multi-office organization. Working alongside my brothers and our team has shaped my perspective on partnerships, culture, and the balance between honoring a legacy and preparing for the future.

My professional life also includes property management, mortgage, investment, and community work. Those experiences keep bringing me back to the same question: how do we create something that works better for people?

Coaching and speaking are a natural extension of that question. They create space to work through the ideas, decisions, and habits that are easy to put off when you are busy carrying the day.
