Coaching & advisory for brokers and owners
Build a brokerage that is clearer to lead, more intentional about growth, and better at supporting the people inside it. Work through the decisions with someone who has carried the responsibility of ownership.
Matt’s perspective comes from helping lead a family brokerage through partnerships, multi-office growth, and the daily work of developing people.
Look at how recruiting, onboarding, staff responsibilities, technology, and culture fit together—not as unrelated problems.
Make space for the decisions you cannot easily process with everyone on your team. Define the next moves and who will own them.
The decisions worth working on
Clarify your brokerage’s value, strengthen onboarding, and create a consistent experience that gives people reasons to stay.
Define roles, decision rights, meeting rhythms, and the expectations that keep managers and owners aligned.
Review where the owner has become the bottleneck and which processes, responsibilities, or tools need to change.
Build shared standards and connection without expecting every community or every office to feel identical.
Think through readiness, integration, communication, and succession before an important transition becomes urgent.
Look beyond agent count. Choose indicators for service, capacity, retention, and business health that fit your goals.

All prices are USD. Owner Advisory is billed as a $2,985, 90-day engagement—not a $995 cancel-anytime subscription. Complex consulting, additional participants, in-person facilitation, travel, financial diligence, and implementation work require a separate scope and quote. No payment is collected on this website.
Clarity before confidentiality
Matt also owns a brokerage. That experience is valuable—and it makes a thoughtful fit check essential.
You should know exactly who you are talking to and what the engagement is for.
We review potential competitive conflicts before beginning. Coaching does not require joining, selling to, or partnering with CENTURY 21 Atwood.
Initial inquiries should focus on your goals, not confidential financials, client lists, current commission plans, or transaction documents. Appropriate information-sharing and confidentiality terms are agreed before substantive work starts.
Owner questions
Broker advisory focuses on leadership, organizational priorities, recruiting systems, operations, and growth decisions. Agents looking for individual production habits and accountability should start with the agent coaching options.
The Team Strategy Workshop is designed for up to eight leaders. Individual Owner Advisory is scoped with the owner; expanded leadership-team participation can be quoted separately.
A strategy engagement can help you think about readiness, integration, communication, and leadership. Valuation, legal structuring, financial due diligence, negotiations, and transaction services are outside the standard scope.
Start with your business’s name, an approximate team size, and the decision you want to work on. Do not upload or email sensitive client or competitively sensitive business information before the fit and scope review.

Share the broad challenge. We’ll start by discussing fit, conflicts, scope, and whether an engagement makes sense.
