Effective October 5, 2026. This notice describes information handling for the Matt Atwood RE coaching and speaking website.
What the forms collect
Forms ask for the contact and business or event details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, organization, goals, program interest, and event preferences. Some forms include optional marketing consent. Please do not submit sensitive client, financial, personnel, medical, or transaction information.
How the information is used
Details are used to respond to your request, discuss fit and availability, provide the requested resource, and administer a potential engagement. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately; requesting a resource or making an inquiry does not require agreeing to promotional messages.
Hosting, forms, and scheduling
The website is designed to be hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and hosting information. Submissions may be delivered to Matt’s designated email address through configured notifications. Microsoft Bookings processes information you provide when following the Teams scheduling link. Those providers have their own privacy practices.
Campaign information and browser storage
The site can attach campaign labels from a page link, such as a campaign name or source, to an inquiry. Session storage is used to preserve these labels while you browse in the same session. This version does not install advertising pixels or an external analytics service. The site’s event hooks do not themselves transmit analytics data to an external provider.
Business affiliations and information sharing
Matt is an owner of CENTURY 21 Atwood and is affiliated with other Atwood businesses. Coaching and speaking requests are for a conversation with Matt, not a requirement to change brokerages. Potential competitive conflicts and confidentiality terms are addressed before a substantive engagement. Access to inquiry details should be limited to the people and providers needed to respond and administer that request.
Your choices
You may ask about your submission, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing consent by contacting matthew.atwood@atwoodcompanies.com. Necessary business, contractual, or legal records may need to be retained. Keep sensitive material out of initial inquiries; an engagement may need a separate information-sharing arrangement.
