A plan you can use
Choose the few activities that fit your strengths, your market, and your stage of business. Then give those activities a real place in your week.
One-to-one real estate agent coaching
Turn good intentions into a workable plan for relationships, client conversations, and sustainable growth—with direct coaching from Matt.
Choose the few activities that fit your strengths, your market, and your stage of business. Then give those activities a real place in your week.
Work on how you explain your value, prepare for consultations, and stay in touch without making every conversation feel like a sales pitch.
Bring the wins, the stuck points, and the hard questions. Leave with a clear next step and a way to review whether you did it.
The work inside the calls
We focus on the parts you can influence—not a promise about the market or your next commission.
Build a contact rhythm for past clients, referrals, and conversations already in motion. Identify where follow-through is breaking down.
Choose useful activity measures, protect time for the right work, and review progress without confusing busyness with results.
Clarify your value, sharpen your consultation approach, and communicate with confidence while working within your brokerage’s guidance.
Look for practical ways to simplify preparation, content, and organization. Tools support your judgment; they do not replace it.

All prices are USD. Annual plans are paid upfront, not month-to-month subscriptions. Twice monthly means 24 calls—not 26 every-other-week calls. Session dates, holidays, rescheduling, cancellation, and renewal terms are confirmed in a written agreement before payment. No payment is collected on this website.
Included with recurring coaching
A brief check-in and a shared roadmap keep the work connected to your priorities.
Written action items and simple progress tracking give you something to work on before the next call.
Relevant templates, preferred scheduling, brief email clarification, and quarterly reviews within scheduled sessions support follow-through.
Between-call support is for brief clarification—not unlimited consulting, document review, or done-for-you work. Additional projects are scoped separately.
Before we begin
Agents who want relationship-driven growth, clearer priorities, and someone to help them follow through. It is not a lead-delivery service, transaction-coordination service, or a promise of a particular production level.
Yes. These private coaching offerings are designed around direct sessions with Matt, rather than an assignment to a separate coaching team.
No brokerage change is required. Matt is an owner of CENTURY 21 Atwood, and potential competitive conflicts are discussed before an engagement. Your goals and appropriate boundaries come first.
Matt reviews your goals, discusses fit and availability, and confirms the appropriate option. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you or charge your card.
Coaching can help you think through communication and business processes. Your designated broker and qualified legal, tax, or financial professionals remain the right resources for regulated or transaction-specific advice.
